Crystal Rayburn is a recognized real estate professional specializing in luxury properties, investment opportunities, relocation services, and development partnerships throughout the Tampa Bay region, with additional professional experience in Southwest Missouri. Known for her disciplined strategy, advanced negotiation training, and strong commitment to client advocacy, she provides comprehensive representation designed to guide clients confidently through every phase of the real estate process.


Crystal began her real estate career in 2015, obtaining her Missouri real estate license in 2016 and her Florida license in 2017. Since entering the industry, she has maintained continuous active practice and has participated in substantial transaction volume, 70 closed her first year. Her most recent previous year had over 100 million closed in 12 consecutive months. Now actively co-hosts 102.5 the bone partnered with IHeartRadio,  a talk show on FM 93.7 and  860 AM  in Tampa bay. Where topics discussed are all things elite while still marketing listings.  The radio and TV show have been airing for 10 years with the Platinum MVP team. Crystal has partnered alongside some of the nation’s most respected real estate professionals and top producing teams. Early in her career, she distinguished herself as a top performing Inside Sales Agent, contributing to 46 pending transactions within her first year, and has since been involved in team production averaging approximately 300 annual closings.


Her professional development includes direct training under nationally recognized industry leaders such as Gene Rivers, Marc King, and David Jones. She further refined her negotiation methodology through advanced instruction influenced by Chris Voss, former FBI hostage negotiator. This foundation informs her structured and tactical approach to pricing strategy, contract negotiation, market positioning, and transaction execution.


Throughout her career, Crystal has utilized her real estate license across multiple sectors of the industry, including residential representation, luxury listings, investment acquisitions, new construction advisory, and development collaborations. She previously owned a custom residential construction company focused on new home development, providing her with practical construction knowledge and insight that continues to benefit buyers, sellers, and investors. Today, she focuses exclusively on real estate advisory and representation.


Crystal specializes in luxury listings, high value investments, relocation transactions across state lines, first time buyers pursuing long term financial growth, multi property portfolio structuring, and veteran buyer and seller representation. She begins each client relationship with a personalized strategic consultation designed to clearly establish objectives, evaluate market conditions, and outline negotiation and risk management strategies. Her communication style is proactive, transparent, and highly structured, ensuring clients remain informed and positioned for success throughout the transaction.

Her path into real estate followed a period of professional self evaluation while pursuing occupational therapy studies. After extensive exposure to clinical environments, she recognized that her strengths were better aligned with strategic advisory work, entrepreneurship, and negotiation driven environments. At the age of 21, she shadowed a family member working in Missouri real estate and quickly identified the profession as a long term career aligned with her skills and ambitions.


Over more than a decade in the industry, Crystal has developed a disciplined and growth oriented professional philosophy.

I think the biggest thing I’ve learned along the way is that once you know that you don’t know anything now you know that you don’t know what you don’t know.


Despite years of production, leadership experience, and market involvement, she remains committed to continuous education and professional development, believing that long term success requires adaptability, humility, and a willingness to continually learn.


Real estate has provided Crystal with the opportunity to serve her community, support friends and family, and build meaningful professional relationships. She views the industry not simply as a transactional business, but as a platform for creating stability, opportunity, and generational impact for the individuals and families she represents.


Crystal’s professional background reflects both creative and operational depth developed long before entering real estate. She began modeling in Los Angeles during childhood and later worked professionally in commercial modeling and acting, including campaigns for national brands such as Abercrombie and Hollister. These early experiences strengthened her communication skills, professionalism, and ability to connect with diverse clients and industries.

In addition, she gained agricultural experience working on a cattle and exotic animal farm, developing hands on operational discipline and a strong work ethic at a young age. During college, she coached gymnastics and cheer while simultaneously managing a medical laboratory and working alongside physicians reviewing clinical data and results.


Leadership has remained a consistent theme throughout her life. She served as Vice President of her graduating class, Captain of Cheer, graduated in the top five of her class, and received academic and presidential awards along with scholarship recognition. Her professional leadership experience later expanded into senior executive roles within Tampa based organizations contributing to operations generating between fifty and one hundred million dollars in recurring revenue.


Crystal remains actively involved in community and charitable initiatives, including participation in the Butterfly Run supporting women who have experienced miscarriage, as well as Cars and Couture at the Motor Enclave benefiting neurodivergent individuals and families within the Tampa Bay community.


Originally born in Los Angeles and primarily raised in the San Diego area within a military family, Crystal has lived across multiple regions of the country. She later attended college in the Ozarks near the Branson and Springfield, Missouri area before relocating to Florida, where she has lived in Palm Harbor, Trinity, and Tampa and frequently spends time throughout St. Petersburg. Her personal relocation experience provides valuable perspective for clients navigating interstate moves and lifestyle transitions.


One of the most meaningful influences in Crystal’s life has been her experience fostering children beginning at a young age. She helped raise two children from adolescence into adulthood, has two daughters of her own, and also cared for an infant through the foster care system who was later reunified with her biological mother. These experiences have contributed to her strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and ability to guide clients through significant life transitions with understanding and care.


Outside of real estate, Crystal enjoys gardening, reading, journaling, fitness training, swimming, art, and boating. While many of these pursuits provide personal balance and reflection, she especially values sharing experiences with her daughters, friends, and the community she proudly calls home.
